Shipping Policy

Verne Power (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://vernepower.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Stock availability

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will always contact you about your preferences. We can for example fulfill the available products to you, and send the missing items when restocked.

Locations

We ship to all countries within the European Union (EU) and to the United Kingdom. At the moment we have agreements with logistics providers for shipment to Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands. More countries will be added soon. In the meantime: please contact us for shipment to other countries – we will be happy to look into it!

For consumers, shipping is free for single orders worth over EUR 250 to that ship to the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Charges will potentially apply for other countries.

For business customers, shipping costs and minimum order quantity will be pre-agreed.

Shipping policy

Standard orders are usually processed the next business day (excluding weekends & public holidays)

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details from our end. In case you do not receive an email, check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

No import duties or taxes are applicable for orders shipped to the European Union or United Kingdom.

Damage and loss

Verne Power is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. But in case anything went wrong during your shipment, of course we are more than happy to assist. When products have arrived damaged, please document the situation well by taking photo’s, and please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
